20. Eloise

This crown jewel of Tempo Storm stands as one of the most successful female players in competitive Hearthstone, even by today’s standards. Originally from China, her pro player accolades include a Top 4 placement in the 2P.com NA vs CN Hearthstone Championship, a 5th place finish in the 2014 Gold League, and a 5th place finish in the China BlizzCon Regionals. Eloise’s arrival in America has not slowed her momentum in the least, with an exceptional performance in the 2014 BlizzCon qualifier tournament heralding her rise in the Western competitive Hearthstone scene. Aside from Hearthstone, Eloise also held the title of best Shadow Priest in China during her time as a World of Warcraft player, with notable in-game accomplishments including the World 2nd Heroic Deathwing and Heroic Hellscream takedowns.

19. Loserfruit

Hailing from Melbourne, Loserfruit has quickly and quietly charmed her way into the ranks of rising stars in the Twitch community, as well as the hearts of viewers worldwide. Her streams are generally laid back and cover a wide variety of titles such as League of Legends, Overwatch, Dark Souls, and GTA V. She even partakes in “IRL” streams where she unveils new computer gear, chats with viewers from various locales, and occasionally teams up with fellow Melbourne maniac Fasffy to double down on the derpiness. Aside from her gameplay, Loserfruit is also known for her subtle wit, genuine demeanor, and brilliant blue eyes. If you can’t get enough of this darling from down under during her stream times, you can check out her YouTube channel which chronicles gameplay highlights and vlogs from her travels.

18. Alinity

Colombia-born and Canada-based, the brunette bombshell Alinity is known for her beauty and for bringing her no-B.S. “hardstyle” to the world of Twitch. Though she has only been streaming since December 2012, her devotion to gaming has been going strong since she was 4 years old. Among her video game ventures include a 10-year stint in World of Warcraft where she achieved a 2k rating in Arena, as well as a 2.2k rating in Ranked Battlegrounds. In addition, Alinity added Hearthstone to her growing repertoire of stream games in December 2014, wherein she reached the rank of Legend for the first time in May 2015. When she’s not smashing fools online, she can be seen flaunting her flawless figure at beaches across the world, courtesy of her Instagram page.

17. Kurolily

As a player and creator, Italian sensation Kurolily is a true double threat, bringing forth the video game love both on and off stream. Aside from popular game library staples such as Overwatch, Hearthstone, and Final Fantasy XIV, Kurolily’s stream history displays a diverse collection of titles and genres, including Life is Strange, Ark, The Wolf Among Us, Dragon Age, and Lineage. But as you can see from the image above, her love of video games extends beyond the keyboard. Kurolily is also an accomplished cosplayer, with notable appearances at conventions and gaming-related events as Katarina and Sivir from League of Legends. While she mainly sticks to Twitch and YouTube as of late, here’s hoping that she creates more amazing cosplays in the near future!

16. omgitspotter

Christine “Potter” Chi is not just a pretty face in the American competitive scene of Counterstrike: Global Offensive. She is also a history maker, holding prestige as a founding member and current captain of Counter Logic Gaming’s all-female CS:GO force, CLG Red. Having picked up Counterstrike after watching her brother and his friends play at a local LAN center, Potter began writing her legend as a gamer with her competitive debut in the Women’s Electronic Sports World Cup in 2006. Prior to CLG Red, Potter displayed top level performances on SK Ladies and UBINITED, and holds many prestigious competitive titles to her name. Chief among these titles are 1st place in Arbalet Ukraine 2010 Women, 2nd place in Intel Challenge Katowice 2016, and multiple 1st place finishes at various Women’s Electronic Sports World Cup competitions between 2007 and 2015. Driven, fiercely competitive, and highly respected, this empress of the FPS is ushering in a new age in gaming.

15. AimzAtchu

With an ever-changing wardrobe of on-stream cosplays, AimzAtchu is a one-woman show with character. Lots of characters, in fact! Her collection of costumes includes many famous figures from gaming and comics, such as Supergirl, Poison Ivy, Sivir (League of Legends), Little Red Riding Hood, and as shown above, Nurse Akali (League of Legends). AimzAtchu is no slouch when it comes to gaming either, and enjoys playing Runescape, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, League of Legends, and Minecraft while in cosplay. Something that may surprise you, however, is that AimzAtchu is a supporter of animal charities and donates some of her stream revenue to rehab and rescue centers. According to her Twitch profile, she has “adopted” two animals since she started streaming: Hope, a dolphin from Clearwater Marine Aquarium; and Zongoloni, an elephant from David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

14. Esther Lynn

With talents ranging from gaming to cosplay to music, the Korean cutie Esther Lynn really puts the “variety” in “variety streamer.” Her love of games such as Summoner’s War, League of Legends, and Overwatch appears both on stream and through her costume work, and she is known for her cosplays of Ahri, Storm Janna, and Nurse Akali. However, video games form only a small part of her cosplay repertoire, as she’s been known to sport anime-inspired outfits like Hestia from DanMachi and Rem from RE:Zero. She’s even done photo sets in the infamous Virgin Killer Sweater and Cat Keyhole lingerie. Rounding out her array of artistic outlets is her affinity for a different type of keyboard, the piano. Esther’s recent streams have been more on the creative side, with viewers being treated to intimate “mini concerts” of her playing piano live on stream.

13. Alodia Gosiengfiao

Hailing from Quezon City in the Philippines, Alodia has quickly grown into a global sensation. Under the moniker of “BlackMageAlodia” on Twitch, Alodia has made her mark as a top-level DotA2 player, and is known for cosplaying DotA2 characters such as Crystal Maiden, Lina Inverse, and Windrunner. She also has a prolific YouTube channel, where she charms and entertains viewers through lighthearted first-time playthroughs of League of Legends and Overwatch, and chronicles her worldly adventures through various industry events and exotic vacation trips. Topping her list of achievements is her work as a gaming industry influencer: Alodia has served as a model and endorser for companies such as Level-Up Games, E-Games, and IPVG-EGames, and she has recently partnered with esports veteran Tryke Gutierrez to launch Tier One Entertainment, the first gaming and esports talent agency in the Philippines.

12. DeerNadia

Deriving her gamer tag from her childhood nickname “Deer Eyes,” DeerNadia is a beloved member of the Hearthstone community on Twitch. Following the dissolution of the highly successful Team Archon in 2016, DeerNadia found a new path as a solo act, and is known for interactive and engaging gaming streams. Her choice of games include League of Legends, Dead by Daylight, and most notably Hearthstone, where she has achieved the rank of Master a total of 15 times to date. DeerNadia is also a self-proclaimed fan of anything creepy, and lists Layers of Fear, SOMA, Resident Evil 7, and Evil Within as her favorite games. Her love of horror even extends into on-demand television series, with Bates Motel and Hannibal appearing among her recommendations.

11. lolRenaynay

Before the advent of Twitch, this red-haired beauty was known simply as Renée, and ran her own Call of Duty-focused YouTube channel, “MissDoesntMiss.” As her popularity and experience grew, she eventually branched out into other games, focusing her channel towards variety gaming and taking on the name we all know and love today, lolRenaynay. With a strong online following and plenty of momentum beneath her wings, she was among the first to find early success in the fledgling days of Twitch, and became a partner with the streaming service in February 2012, less than a year after the site’s launch. Today, lolRenaynay’s streams play host to 270k+ followers, who tune in to watch her unleash her fierce gaming skills (and fiercely colorful language) in games such as Fallout 3, Rainbow Six: Siege, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, among other titles.

10. SSSniperwolf

This femme fatale of first-person shooters is both a renowned Call of Duty queen and cosplayer, with a YouTube channel boasting more than 5 million subscribers. Most gaming culture gurus know SSSniperwolf for her diverse assortment of gaming videos, which cover a wide breadth of titles from Call of Duty to Grand Theft Auto Online and even off-beat choices like Huniepop and Happy Wheels. Aside from gaming, SSSniperwolf also posts behind-the-scenes videos covering her cosplay photoshoots, such as “Misty Cosplay (Black Ops 2 Zombies)”, wherein she portrays the character Abigail “Misty” Briarton and gets into all sorts of silly antics with the camerawoman during a photoshoot. Her love of arts and crafts has even inspired her to start a second YouTube channel, “LittleLiaWolf,” which focuses on crafting, baking, decor, and fashion crate unboxing.

9. LegendaryLea

With her upbeat demeanor and stream content that is as eclectic as her hair color and wardrobe, LegendaryLea is a must-have inclusion on every top female streamer list. Lea keeps it fun and energetic on Twitch, actively involving her viewers in playthroughs of The Walking Dead, Hearthstone, World of Warcraft, and The Sims. She also brings a refreshing sense of honesty and transparency in her interactions with viewers, and her “IRL” streams consist of cooking, chatting, and even dancing on occasion. While many streamers bring the charisma and personality in their broadcasts, Lea takes it one step further by just being authentic and unabashedly being herself. Whether it’s avoiding tilt in Hearthstone or kicking back with a few beers and chatting, everything you see on stream is 100% LegendaryLea, and we completely love her for it!

8. Hafu

Let’s just put this out there right now: Hafu is an indomitable hurricane in the Hearthstone community. Known as the foremost female player since the Beta days of Hearthstone, Hafu is hailed for her in-depth knowledge of Arena deckbuilding and emphasis on card synergy. Her brilliance and dedication to the game have resulted in a prestigious and decorated Hearthstone career, with stints on Cloud 9, Counter Logic Gaming, and currently, Team Dignitas. Hafu’s streams consist almost exclusively of Arena runs in Hearthstone, including her self-imposed “100 in 10” Arena challenges, where she attempts to win 100 games in only 10 Arena runs. Her resumé as a pro gamer isn’t just regulated to Hearthstone, however. Prior to her rise as a card-slinging legend, Hafu was a renowned World of Warcraft Arena champion, with 1st place finishes at MLG Orlando, MLG Dallas, and the NA Blizzard Regionals.

7. Dodger

Gamer, talk show host, anime lover, Playboy feature model!? With over half a million subscribers on YouTube and a multi-format stream supported by a whacky team of game fanatics and stream personalities, Brooke “Dodger” Lawson is taking the online entertainment world by storm. Under the moniker “DexBonus,” this feisty lass brings a confidence and spunk to both her YouTube and Twitch channels, and offers a wide variety of “programs” for our viewing pleasure. Among them are Co-Optional, a podcast series co-starring gaming authorities TotalBiscuit and Jesse Cox; Mangapod, a spotlight on the latest and greatest releases in manga and anime; and COFFEH, Dodger’s personal chat time for viewers. Of course, despite all those amazing accomplishments, you’re all probably still wondering about that Playboy feature. Here’s the video, and don’t worry, it’s tasteful without being raunchy.

6. Sovitia

Deriving her name from her former competitive Soulcalibur days, this golden-haired gaming goddess is now known for her solo queue play in League of Legends. Sovitia has historically placed in Diamond division for Ranked queue, favoring the position of mid lane and occasionally bot lane. She is also known for partaking in the “A to Z” challenge on League, wherein she plays games as every Champion in alphabetical order from Aatrox to Zyra. On stream, she is engaging and responsive, and takes the time to answer viewer chat live while she is gaming. As a bonus, Sovitia’s streams will intermittently be visited by her adorable dogs Sayber and Jax, who are prone to background appearances and off-screen barking while she is broadcasting.

5. Pamcakes

Whether it’s slaying raid bosses or just plain slaying it with the selfies on Twitter, the petite powerhouse known as Pamcakes is famous for her MMO gameplays and gorgeous appearance on stream. While her early career was marked mainly as a League of Legends player and counterpart to former LCS veteran Voyboy, Pamcakes soon established her own path as a full-time streamer through broadening her repertoire and self-marketing on Twitter and Instagram. Her streams now include other multiplayer titles like Heroes of the Storm, World of Warcraft, Overwatch, and Blade & Soul, and she even invites viewers to join her in game on occasion. Nowadays, you can find her on World of Warcraft participating in raids and hunting down legendary mounts, so be sure to tune in for your chance to game alongside her on stream one day!

4. LindsayElyse

Lindsay Elyse is one of the newest additions to the Counter Logic Gaming stream family, and was making waves long before she joined. Best known as an Arizona-based cosplayer, Lindsay primarily portrays characters from popular video games, and some of her most famous creations include Lara Croft from the Tomb Raider reboot, Chell from Portal, Syndra from League of Legends, and Zero Suit Samus from Metroid. Her career as a streamer is relatively young at only 2 years, but her passion for gaming is unquestionable. Lindsay counts Kingdom Hearts, Portal, and Fallout among her top favorite titles, and even invites subscribers to join her in games of Overwatch, Halo 5, Destiny, and “ridiculous mini golf games.” Fans are even treated to occasional creative streams where she shows crafting progress on her latest costumes, typically in the wake of an upcoming convention.

3. Pokimane

If for some reason you’ve never heard of Pokimane before, have you ever actually been on Twitch? She’s got beauty, brains, and she even speaks French! But most of all, she brings a big personality to her stream, actively engaging with her faithful stream family, the Poki Squad, and promoting positivity and fun with each broadcast. Her Poki-main game is League of Legends, and according to her profile, her stream is “part gameplay, part mukbang, part Dr. Phil episode, and 100% centered around having a good time with [her] viewers.” And every one of Pokimane’s streams is a indeed a good time, as they are brimming with jokes, stories, and general silliness, even during the most tilting of games. So what are you waiting for? Do yourself a favor and check out this girl’s channel!

2. KayPea

It may surprise you to know that 3 of the best things in life actually come from Canada: peanut butter, Nathan Fillion, and the breathtakingly beautiful KayPea. This streaming siren first broke out into the gaming scene as a former member of Siv Industries, alongside popular Dutch streamer Siv HD. KayPea soon independently garnered a reputation as an emotive and energetic League of Legends streamer, noted for her mechanical skills with mage and marksmen Champions, and highlight reel-worthy Baron and Dragon steals. KayPea’s in-game prowess is matched only by her magnetic personality and expressive mannerisms on stream, especially when reacting to near-death escapes and clutch kills on objectives. If you’re unable to witness the insane (and totally calculated) plays live on stream, you can always catch the highlights on her YouTube channel.

1. Melonie Mac

Though there are many amazing and praiseworthy ladies on this list, there is only one undisputed queen of the keyboard in our book: Melonie Mac. She is a gamer with a goofy streak, a player with a passion, and a homegrown heroine with a big heart. Melonie first immersed herself in the gaming industry back in 2010, starting up her own independent blog and YouTube channel centered around the latest crazes in PC and console gaming, and even served as a Frag Doll Cadette for Ubisoft before working in the company’s marketing and promotions department. Since then, she has blown up into a renowned and respected voice in online gaming culture, as well as one of the most lovable and charming gaming personalities on YouTube and Twitch. But no matter what degrees of success she finds, she always stays humble and takes the time to talk to fans online and in person, and is regarded as one of the most approachable and personable people in the gaming industry today. Whether on stream or on the street, Melonie is the genuine article, and reigns over our article as our number 1 pick for this list.
